Sara McAllisterbegan her infant care career after spending the summer of 2007 volunteering in an infant orphanage in the Andes Mountains of Peru. That summer sparked her passion for childcare. She began her 8 year career working as a professional nanny throughout and after college, receiving her BA in Psychology from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. Sara is a trained Newborn Care Specialist through NCTA, and owns her business, Welcome Home Baby, LLC, based out of Newport Beach, CA. Sara is a private consultant and offers 24/7, overnight, and travel care in Orange County and nationwide in addition to speaking and teaching in the newborn care field.

Haleigh Haggerton Almquist began working as a professional nanny in 2002 before she became a Newborn Care Specialist in 2007. Haleigh founded Hush Little Baby, LLC in 2011, which is now the nation’s largest postpartum care agency. Hush Little Baby provides overnight care in 5 states and 24 hour care across the country! Haleigh is an Advanced Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and DONA/ProDoula trained Postpartum Doula and Labor Doula. In 2013 Haleigh Co-Founded the Newborn Care Training Academy. Haleigh also co-founded Capital City Nannies, a full-service nanny placement agency in the Washington DC Area.

Lora Brawley has worked in the household staffing industry for 25 years as a nanny, family assistant, trainer and consultant. She offers a wealth of experience and expertise in positive parenting and is passionate about sharing practical, real world tools and techniques that help parents and caregivers raise happy, healthy kids. Lora is also a Positive Discipline Parent Educator, certified family mediator, and conflict coach.

Brittany Hunt, a certified child passenger technician (CPST), has been helping parents and caregivers keep their tiniest passengers safe in the car since 2014. With roughly 85% of car seats used or installed incorrectly, Brittany is passionate about ensuring parents and caregivers understand how to use and install their car seats properly. In addition to being a CPST, she is an advanced certified Newborn Care Specialist, certified lactation counselor, and formally trained postpartum doula.
Brittany resides in beautiful Alexandria, VA where she both volunteers and provides private car seat inspections and classes to local parents and caregivers. Her days are filled with laughter and joy with her daughter, Georgia, her husband, Michael, and their Goldendoodle, Andie.

Brittany Danza has been working with infants and their families for over ten years. First as a live-in nanny, and then as a nanny and household manager. As her career grew, more continued education was needed, leading her to pursue her Newborn Care Specialist Certification with NCTA, and to become a Certified Lactation Educator through UCSD. Now Brittany works as a Postpartum Doula (CAPPA), and with the Pump Station & Nurtury in Los Angles. As a Lactation Educator and Doula she sees many new mom & baby dyads allowing for new learning opportunities every day. “Getting to know how every mom and baby is unique, watching their special bond grow, and empowering parents, is what makes working as a CLE & Doula so amazing.”
